If there is any broken pieces they will replace them. It just takes time
Update: I ordered another chair and it was shipped and delivered on time. It’s a great chair for my business.Only leaving 5 stars because over all it is a nice chair. I ordered 2 chairs and one of them had a broken piece and it was a bit of a hassle to get it replaced but they did send out a replacement when I sent them a picture of what was broken.

BEAST CHAIR!!!
This chair is awesome, Super easy to put together , makes my job a hell of lot easier. Quality furniture and my clients thus far have enjoyed it. 7200 Doniphan Rivertrail Tattoo and Art Company for reference . Once again, I love this CHAIR!!!!

Absolute garbage.
This chair started sinking (lowering) Within a month of using it. Not only did it show damaged and scratched because the packaging is a joke now it's not staying up to the height it was set at and no way to fix it. I really regret buying this and I recommend that no one should buy this giant turd of a chair.

Lowest priced hydraulic chair you can find
Easy to assemble, shipped in two boxes, fair price for what you get! We have three of them at our business because it is hard to find this style of chair at this low of a price.
