How many nuggets per 14oz bag?

It’s not so much about the nuggets, it’s about your dog’s weight, and whether or not you want the dog to maintain, lose, or gain weight. I have a 13 pound dog and she gets 3.5 nuggets to maintain her weight. I have to say, that my beautiful dog had a tearing problem with terrible face stains for over a year. I tried everything to no avail. I soon as she started eating this food, they went away and have not returned. She is now the beautiful dog that we knew she was inside. In a perfect world it would be $10 a bag, but it is really good quality and we are committed to using it. She also was very reluctant to eat all the different kinds of foods that we try. She gobbles this up in five seconds and loves it.

The size of the nuggets (all formulas) is approx. 2"long, 1"high, 1" deep.  The amount to feed changes based of formula, altho' not by much.  For example, beef is denser than chicken so you feed a little less.  Our girls (poodles) are 4.5 lbs and 8 lbs.  I went to the primal site (primalpetfoods.com) and they have an easy calculation table of how much to feed based on weight, formula and whether you want to increase, decrease or maintain weight.  Our 4.5 girl gets one block of chicken 2x a day mixed with water making it soft.  Our girls love chicken, beef, lamb, haven't really tried other formulas.  It is an excellent nutritional food.
