This is the second sauna I've purchased, with my previous one (from a different brand) lasting over a year. The stitching around the zippers on this one is terrible, and the steamer takes forever to heat up. I had to use my old steamer just to get it going. I highly recommend purchasing from a different brand for better quality.

The item came missing parts

First I must say that I deducted a star because the tent is constructed with thin quilted material which I found had separations around one of the windows. This when I unfolded it right outta the box. The rest was fine and I made the minor repairs because I really wanted to use this sauna. That being said, I like it because: 1- It's on the smaller side and portable. 2- The windows provide a view to the outside (no claustrophobia!), fresh air if desired and help to dry the tent after use. 3- There are multiple time and temperature settings and the included remote can be used during the steam session to adjust these settings. 4- Setup's not bad, and done from the inside out. It reminds me of setting up my wardrobe changing tent, so I'm familiar with this process. 5- There are pockets for the remote and on the outside for a phone or other item. Personally, I'm not gonna use my phone while taking a steam. 6- Essential oils can be added to the water for aromatherapy. I chose Lavender to relax. 7- It heats up quickly! 8- Included are a lightweight, vinyl, foldable, camping-type chair and felt floor piece for feet. *NOTE:The chair is a nice plus but do know that it will not accommodate larger folk. The height of the tent is fine for me as I'm under 5'5, very tall people may not be able to stand erect inside. I set this unit up in my garage with towels between it and a tarp underneath in case some leakage occurred. There were no leaks per se, but the towels under the tent were wet, so I'm glad I took the precaution. It's a tent full of moisture, so that's to be expected, no worries for me. The hose, bowl, etc. showed no sign of leakage or malfunction. To dry it out, I opened the windows, wiped down what I could and blew it with a floor fan on a low setting, leaving it overnight. Obviously removed the chair and felt piece, which I hung over a clothes rack. All in all, I like this sauna and didn't incur any additional rips or tears when I disassembled it. I'm hoping it'll last through many uses, even if I do have to make future minor repairs or order another tent. There is are 2 included storage/carry bags, one for the chair and the other for the sauna, but everything doesn't fit inside. Fortunately, I have an old suitcase for most of it and use the included bag for the poles and joints. I can already see myself taking a sauna out on the deck in cold weather, even watching snow fall through the windows this Winter. Of course the deck is covered with a power supply that's waterproof and has appropriate wattage.

I set this up outdoors so I could get really clear pics for this review of just how well made this sauna is. It's SUPER NICE. Very well constructed with plenty of room and two windows so there's no feeling of "claustrophobia", and a window can be opened a bit for some ventilation if a bit of fresh air is needed. It was fairly easy to put together; you just have to follow the directions and build it from INSIDE the heavy quilted nylon fabric shell. No matter where I decide to put this sauna, there's not going to be a mess. There's not only a nylon bottom flooring, but also a felt-like pad that goes under the chair to capture my sweat. When I'm done, I can either wipe it down, or leave the front door and windows open for it to dry naturally. I can occasionally hose off the felt-like mat to keep it clean and fresh. The steamer is powerful! It's got 1000w and can hold up to 2.6L of water. It has an automatic shutoff after 95 minutes....and remote control to set my own times. YES!! There's two silicon hoses, that attach to a connector through the sauna wall. The interior hose is connected to a small white steam distributor dish for safety from burns. The little dish has a basket inside that I can put herbals and aromatics in for steamed aromatherapy or medicinal uses. AWESOME!!! This sauna also comes with a small comfortable folding umbrella chair. There's two convenient pockets on the front door; the interior pocket is mesh for holding stuff, and the exterior pocket is solid for holding a phone and the remote for the steam generator. I absolutely love this home sauna, and will be using it frequently. The quality is top notch and very well designed. Excellent product.

Steam machine broke after two uses. Also could feel air flowing through the tent. Complete garbage purchase. Wish I had my money back.
