High quality for a low price
For something that you'll only see from 30 feet away or further, they put a heck of a lot more care into making, and protecting for shipping than I would've.

It is very Good , I places on the veo long and works nocely

Not the best weather seal, easy to fix.
It seems to be built well. A little taller would be nice but I don't think there will be a problem. What I don't like is it is counting on the paint in the corner to keep water from getting into the house. It may take several years but I can see the paint cracking and water getting through the crack. Our solution is to put a small bead of RTV around the tube going through the base plate to seal it.

So far my favorite vent for bathroom exhaust fans. It’s easy to install and so far the lowest profile of any I’ve found. Would highly recommend.

Well made
Giving it 4-stars, because I wish it had a “flapper” (in addition to the grating), to totally prevent not only bugs, but directional rain. The openings are angled, however sideways rain would likely admit water.. Otherwise it’s built very well. I did have to caulk around the grating, as the gap was a bit much
