Excellent quality, well made. The bike is very nicely outfitted, and comes with clear instructions and a link to YouTube video instructions for completing the assembly. Pretty much pre-assembled, and comes with all tools necessary.

I absolutely LOVE my bike. My only quibbles with it are quibbles with my own choices. I commute eight miles at night to get to work and in the pre dawn hours to get home. I use shortcuts on trails and bumpy paths. This bike is amazing for handling everything I’ve thrown at it. The Fat tires and Adjustable front forks gobble up the worst of what I can hit it with. Battery life has been extraordinary. I am up and down through the gears a good bit and I need to adjust the shifting on the Shimsnno a bit to be perfect.I live on the third floor of a building with no elevator so be mindful, this bike IS HEAVY! Ir gets looks and questions like “how much was that?!” Consequently I do not hoof it up to my apartment every night but I am concerned about theft. I have a vibration alarm, a chain lock and a steel locking collar for it. Helps set my mind at ease because I absolutely love this bike. Did i mention that? The seller has been responsive and a joy to deal with. A+++

I've owned this bike for several months and ridden it 361 miles without any issues. I've taken it on challenging trails in the Wind River Range and around town, and I always enjoy my rides.

I spent 6 weeks searching and researching e-bikes before choosing the Heybike Brawn and I just love it! It’s big and brawny and powerful and super fast. The fat tires ride so smoothly and it’s nice and quiet. I love the headlight and the taillight underneath the super comfortable saddle. Free rear rack and a new helmet with a safety light on the back.Very happy with the Heybike Brawn and the fast response from the seller to my questions.Highly recommended, my girlfriend is buying a Heybike City Run and we can’t wait to ride together!

All assembled power on ready for a ride. ERROR 30 no comm. Motor will not run. Checked all connections, reconfirmed assemble, power on and off. Nothing. Ill start by being honest and saying I got this bike more for the frame then anything, i am a chubby guy and 400lb load is overkill. but with me it gives me 100lbs of breathing room instead of a much smaller margin.Pro's- Dirtbike front fork this fork is overkill for a bike, but lets it handle most drops.- Good power, My battery reads as a 54V so idk how good the controller is reading things, but it last's 20miles easy. (maybe half charge? again controller could be giving bad data)- Seat is a nice mix of cushion and solid.- Tires are of the fat style and will handle pretty much anything u toss at them.- top speed is legalCon's- Top speed can not go over 28 without a whole new kit or gutting the battery designed for it.- Spec sheet is kinda all over the place, ive seen other brawn users with a max load of 288 and top speed of 20- The free add ons (Fenders and Cargo rack) had ZERO instructions on how to install.- The free Saddle bag add on is barely a bag.- well the Fork is amazing, there is no other suspension.- Recharging feels off, the battery says 5Amp recharging but the included charger says 4amp, it takes multiple hours to get it back to full even if ur just topping off the battery.

Great aggressive looking, sturdy ebike for the money. Fairly easy to assemble, I was taking it for a test ride about an hour after I started putting it together. I was impressed with the power of this bike. It's definitely not all bark, this bike has some bite too. I am happy with my purchase.

Arrived quickly and very well packed.I liked everything about it.If you have short legs you may want to buy a different unit from Heybike.A lot of thought went into this machine - it is a beast .I weigh 225 lbs. and feel like a bug on an elephant regarding power.Love it!!
