Excellent wall light
The Cloudy Bay step lights work and look great, excellent value, and are easy to install into a standard 2x4 electrical box. There are 5 Kelvin settings to choose from on some models and they can be dimmed.

Great lighting for stairs
Provides the perfect amount of light when going up or down the stairs. My guest love them. Easy to install per my electrician. They are discrete and looks great. These are hardwired and the function does just what they need to do.

Awesome little flush mount LED fixture!
These are awesome, they're designed to be installed in steps for step lighting, but I mounted a pair in the wall on either side of a door leading to a deck. They provide a nice down-lighting effect on the deck - and since they are 3000K they blend in with all of the other warm house lighting. The fixture itself is really interesting as well, you wire to the frame of the fixture and then just snap the fixture into place - it makes contact with the frame for electrical current.

A Good Product At A Good Price - Just Watch For Quality Issues
Purchased a few of these for an outdoor application set into a separate horizontal J-box in masonry and powered by AC. In a simple sense, this is a 120-220VAC LED assembly recessed into a powder-coated aluminum faceplate with hidden attachment. Powering up on my bench it seems this would ideally be located a foot or more above the surface being illuminated. Any closer and the roughly 1" square light source will create a small spot. Several of the boxes I received appeared to have been opened and repackaged. I had searched for an outdoor-rated AC LED light for some time and find this compares to professional units costing over a hundred dollars. Note that the packaging describes this being for Indoor use (no mention of outdoor). It does have a ground wire and the included instructions describe how additional sealing can be used to improve water resistance. In my opinion, if properly set up it can be splash resistant but not waterproof. Either way, the price makes it easy to order an extra in case one has an issue or you have to swap one out in the future.

Great Customer Service
A great product. Just got hooked up in the last week. Bought the package with three step lights. One of them died within a few hours of turning them on. I emailed the customer service people on the "After-Sale Service" card and within a day or two had a response. They asked for the Amazon Order # and that was about it. I gave them the invoice as well. They shipped a new one within about two days. I'm waiting for it to arrive. Don't have to send the failed one back. Really nice. That's great customer service!

Nice lighting, but aren't very robust.
I've had these installed on the exterior of our house siding, facing the north side. While these do look fabulous with their warm lighting and they do put out enough light to see your way. I'm disappointed in the finish and the longevity. We have had these installed for almost 7 years and out of the nine we have installed, 2 of them have burned out and needed replacing. Also, the finish on these (oil rubbed bronze) has faded significantly. Since these are on the north side of our house, they don't get any UV light and hardly any moisture gets on them. So, for them to show their wear is concerning. I don't believe they are necessarily cheaply made, but I will consider finding a more robust brand, if and when another burns out.

Easy to Install. Looks great

In two weeks one out of four stopped working. Hopefully just a fluke. But the look is amazing, safely allow parents and grandparents to see coming in and out at night. These are all cement stairs so initial installation or rough in was difficult but well worth it.

After 3 months the LEDโs are fading . I emailed the company still no reply. The profit is nice but I would like a replacement on the faded one. Package says last 27 yrs for the LEDโs. I didn't expect last only 3 months. With a no reply!
