Great system and easy to install. unfortunately the faucet was leaking but I called customer service and spoke to Nick. He had a new faucet shipped out asap and followed up along the way!

Great unit, fairly easy to install, great customer service. Had a minor issue contacted. Their tech support was resolved very quickly. Obviously stand behind our product, which is great.

This RO System came highly recommended from both of my sister in laws! Extremely happy with our product and the Customer Service. Installation was straight forward, lots of room to put everything under the sink and still have room for the additional kitchen items. We had a leak with our faucet; we tried to fix but it continued to drip water. I called the Customer Service at iSpring and had no issues requesting a new faucet replacement. Sean had the faucet in the mail and delivered to our home within a few days. It was hassle free and a very quick to receive our replacement. No issues at all with our replacement faucet. Working perfectly, couldn't be happier.

Following the installation of my filtration system, I had several concerns and questions that prompted me to reach out for assistance. I spoke with a representative named Nick, who provided exceptional service. He effectively helped me understand the system's operation and addressed my concern regarding potentially high water pressure. I have since ordered a water pressure regulator from the company, and he explained how harmful chemicals present in our water are filtered out of the system. I greatly appreciate his support.
