Easy to use and stays in place
Using this product for plantar fasciitis pain relief. Conforms to any shape of my foot or ankle I want to put it on. Have mainly used it for cold so not sure as to the hot effects but am very pleased with the ice side of things.

Bought for Knee Use
I actually bought this ice pack for knee use. I had a meniscus repair and acl repair at the same time and wanted something that would ice more square footage and thought this would do the trick. However, I found that it did not mold well around my knee. The gel beads freeze pretty hard and don't conform to areas with a lot of planes like the knee. If you're looking for a larger ice pack for your knee/arm or shoulder, stick with braces that offer gel inserts.I would imagine this would work perfectly for a larger area like the back that it is intended for which is why I rated it 4 stars.

Good idea. Appeared a good product but just fell ...
Came apart within a week. Gel tablets inside fell out everywhere. Good idea. Appeared a good product but just fell apart so quickly!

ok but not the best
i like the flexikold much better because it is softer and a bit more flexible. This is not bad and my freezer is stocked with several sizes and varieties of ice packs, so i use this along with others. I don't use any as for heat.

Nice, but not great
Heats up quickly in the microwave, but takes about two hours in the freezer to cool down. The wrap doesn't stay hot or cold very long. The wrap is a nice size with a generous belt, but I don't like the plastic at all.The wrap isn't comfortable to wear around your waist for any length of time. I'm sure for other areas of your body the wrap is probably is fine.

Soft, pliable and has Velcro!
It's great! Feels soft and pliable, wraps around sore body parts (knee, head, etc). The kiddo likes it and that's most important!
