Nice size and durable
Prefect size bag, slightly smaller than some, fits my lap top well, the material is strong and water resistant.

It fit every my husband grabs for his over night trips
At first I didn't think it would work for us sense it seemed small, but once we started to fill it it actually fit alot. It is very light weight which he is very happy about because he suses it for work. The quality seems good it still hasn't ripped. Has lots of pockets. My husband has used it for about a week now and hasn't said anything negative.

Good travel back or school backpack
It is water resistant, not waterproof. Water can always come in at the zippers. The external look has a quality look about it, like made of denim or something. The lining looks like the lining of luggage. The biggest internal compartment is about 5 inches deep and has a padded pouch for a laptop that closes with a velcro strap. It could hold a lot of books or clothes, depending on your purpose. The next largest internal compartment is flat, for loose papers or whatnot but nearly as wide and tall as the largest compartment. Both of these compartments have two zipper pulls and they have a small hole in the zipper pulls so you could pull the two together and lock them. I was disappointed that there didn't seem to be an RFID pouch or hidden compartment, which would be great in a travel bag. There are two other external zippered pouches outside the bag which could hold a Nook, Kindle or pencil bag, again depending on your purpose. There are two water bottle compartments on either side of the bag. The shoulder straps are wide and padded. There are D rings and equipment loops on the outside of the straps to hang things on.There is a hand carry handle at the top. All in all, I think this would make a better school bookbag than a travel bag.
