Tons of reviews talk about the differences being annoying. This is true at first but I feel they just leave it at that rather than giving it a try for like 2 days to get used to the slightly different position/angle. They work great and are just as high quality as the originals. The reduced vent noise is a huge win for me and the value just makes it even more of a win. To be specific about the fit - the angle the hose comes off at is different so it can impact things like putting a blanket or pillow over your face or where the hose naturally falls but it's super easy to adjust to the difference. Day 1 was awkward, but day 2 was fine, day 3 was barely noticeable, and after that it's been smooth sailing. YMMV

Needless to say, for a no-name c-pap supplier I'm very impressed. Fit and function is virtually identical to my other more expensive supplier. The only thing that I can notice different is the elbow at the front of the mask is straight out of the mask body. The original unit I have, the elbow exits the mask body at approximately 15-20 degrees. Both swivel and other than that, there isn't anything else different between them. My nostril silicones fit perfectly as does the head gear from my other unit. Bottom line is I'll be buying more of these in the future when I need them.

Great replacement hose but the hose itself will eventually break at the connector for your nose/mouth piece from the flex. Keep an eye on that area as you will hear a whistle when it tears up. You could even use this “defect” to let you know it’s time for a fresh hose! So maybe there is a silver lining!
