Doesn’t stick for long, is not that effective for my c section keloid scar

Seems to be duplicate. I have ordered this before and it was more effective wrt glue. The second one I ordered comes out within sometime even with utmost care. It doesn’t work for the basic necessities. Was just wondering how come the my previous ordered item worked well nd this one doesn’t. Something fishy for sure

Worthless item. It doesn't look and feel good. I used other items of this brand, which were very good. This one was very different, bad in quality, poor in packaging, pricy. It was 999 mrp and sold at 1499. I strongly discouraged buying this. It doesn't stick to the skin, if washed wrinkles and becomes useless.

Very low quality

I have been using this for two weeks now, following MOHS surgery in 5 areas including a “nose flap”, my cheek, neck and chest. I only say this to put you at ease when applying it to tender areas. This was rather drastic surgery with over fifty stitches plus, and this product is amazing! It’s easy to cut to the required shapes, is simple to apply to my numerous incisions with no difficulty, and easy to smooth out. I use it every evening before bedtime and leave it on all night. As per my surgeons instructions, I will be continuing to use this for three months in conjunction with a scar cream medication during the day. When i remove the tape in the morning, the tape is easy and painless to remove on five of my incisions.I’m sure that as I continue to heal over the next few weeks the slight discomfort, I am feeling will completely disappear! I can see that this tape is smoothing out my bumpy scars and my complexion is not as red as it originally was. This scar tape is reusable according to the instructions, however I choose to use new product every night. I definitely recommend this product 100 per cent!

I’ve been using this silicone scar tape through two surgeries, and it has worked really well for my scars. It stays in place, is comfortable to wear, and I’ve seen great results with consistent use. The natural color blends well with my skin tone, so it’s not very noticeable—something I really appreciate for daily wear. I also like that it’s FSA/HSA eligible, which adds value. Another big plus is that it’s washable and reusable, making it very convenient and cost-effective. The only thing I wish it included is a storage pad or wider backing sheets to place the tape on when it’s not in use. Overall, a great product that I would definitely recommend!

The tape has been amazing. I covered my mastectomy scars and had no issues with the tape staying on; this was 24 hours. When they say it lasts 7 days, it did for me. Each time I removed the tape, I wet it and placed it on its backing. By the time I needed the tape again, it had dried and become sticky. What I did find is that it stretches, so if you put it on the backing, it may be longer. I just trimmed it to length. It is a tape to consider.

I love this tape - I used it for a while and then when I was running out I found a sale on another brand so I bought that. I was so unhappy - it didn't stick, it didn't seem to work at all. So, I bought this one again and I LOVE it - it sticks perfectly every time and STAYS stuck. I can really see it working every time I remove it. It's so comfortable and I just can't say enough about the quality - it feels better than the other brand, too. I will never change brands again.

I will start by saying that I normally purchase silicone tapes in the $10-$20 range. I have tried several of those. I have been using silicone tape on my tummy tuck incision for the past three months. I needed to start using it quite early due to an adhesive allergy that prevented me from using surgical paper tape. I purchased this brand because I was on vacation, forgot my scar tape, and it was on a flash sale and available for next day delivery. I was very curious to see if a more expensive tape was any better than the cheaper ones I normally use. The first notable difference is that this tape is a bit more sturdy feeling. It may be a bit thicker than the cheaper ones. It is not perforated like all of the other ones I have tried so you do need to cut it. I found that it has a stronger adhesion and lays flatter. The only time I have an edge lift a bit is when I wear it into the bathtub or the shower. After fully drying off it always sticks back down. I do not reuse the strips. I leave them on about five days and then I throw them out and replace. This tape peels off of the plastic backing way easier than other brands. I don’t know if it’s my brain playing tricks on me, but I feel like my scar has lightened up a bit since I started using it a week ago.. Overall if I leave silicone tape off of my incision, it starts to get redder and begins to get red stretch marks along the line from the stress on the incision. As soon as I start putting tape back on again, everything settles. I definitely believe that taping your fresh surgical incision, assess in minimizing redness, and a jagged appearance that I have seen on other people who do not tape. Once I have used up my supply of other tapes, I will be buying this one instead going forward as I feel the cost difference is worth it. I plan to use the silicone tape until I’m one year postop to get the best long term benefits.
