Small but powerful fan
Skeptical at 1st but there are what I love about this fan 1. Small and compact 2. Adjustable fan speed 3. Long lasting 4. Easy to operate 5. The cool pad works! Chilling from 80°F down to low 60°F in 15 seconds. What I wish it has 1. Some short of stable base to stand the fan up 2. Grip pad on the handle I was thoroughly surprised.

Extra cooling factor
Air flow is great, has digital speed settings. Also has a button to make make the air cooler. Compact size, easily portable. Durable fan, survives the hands of a 6yr old. We take it to football and soccer games on weekends. Has held its charge for several weeks, we do not run continuously, maybe a 5 minute cooldown here and there throughout the games.

It's a fan for sure but does not make cold air.
Let me start by saying that I really like this fan. When I got it out of the box and I read all the instructions about it it was very clear cut. Press the button to turn it on, press that same button again to enter what they consider cold compress stage, press the button twice you get the remaining battery and there is a lever at the top that you can slide up or down that will increase and decrease the fan speeds. Simply put this fan does exactly what it says it's going to do it blows air. I think that's really an understatement it blows air well at a rate of about 30 that's a nice fan speed I did use it up at 100 and I kind of feel like that was a bit of Overkill. Here's where the misconception might come into play. Initially when I got the fan I used it in the house the house is already cool inside so of course the fan blew cool air. However I knew the true test would be what would happen when you're outside and you need a breeze to come through to maybe cool you off or just to make not as sticky. So I tested it outside on the 4th of July and let me tell you that again this fan blows air. That's what it's designed to do and so that's what it does it blows air, if the air is cool it blows cool air if the air is hot it blows hot air. I did enter the cold compress stage and you can definitely see it working in that the middle portion of the fan gets condensation where you can see that it's cold but it's hot outside so it's kind of reacting. However that did nothing for the breeze coming out of the fan when it was hot outside. Don't laugh, I'm going with the notion any port in a storm, I touched that silver portion to my chin to the tip of my nose and to my forehead and it actually did call me off a little bit not a lot, so there is that. All things considered I still rate the fan very highly, because it does what it says it's going to do. And it does it well. I would rate this a 10. It's a little pricey and if you have the money to spend then I recommend it. Just proceed with realistic expectations.

Nice But Needs More Power
This fan is very small and portable. Living in the south, a fan is never far behind and this little fan makes it easy to take the cool with you. It is also fairly quiet which is nice. The digital gauge you see on the front is for fan speed which works like a dimmer switch, this is also a nice feature. I found that the battery lasts a long time, however... The only negatives I found is that there is no battery gauge. The battery lasts a long time, but when its done it's done and you had little warning it was going to happen. I also wish it had a little more power. The fan works great inside and around the house, but if you are outside it doesn't offer a lot of relief.

Cordless, adjustable, and cools fast - POTsies take note!
I've tried a lot of hand held portable fans over the years for the summer heat. This little fan beats them out in several ways: 1) It's VERY adjustable - I've never seen a fan that could be set to blow on a scale of 1-100 strength. Even at its strongest, yes, it is audible, but no louder than most in my experience. 2) Clear display: I appreciated that the display had good contrast, and can tell you how strong the fan is blowing, or when charging up, shows you how full the battery is. 3) Blades tucked away - I left the sticker on my unit for the purpose of showing its caution notice in the photo but took it off afterward. This fan is superior to many others in that quite simply, the blades are tucked away in its housing, making it look a little like a certain well known hair dryer. But that's great - I I'm tired of other fans "safety features" that stopped the blade from moving forcefully after it smacked into something, like ones fingers or face (and rather painfully if they were hard blades!). That being said, do take care. 4) Chill - This might be the hands down best part of this fan - hold the button and a little snowflake icon comes on. The metal portion becomes quite cool very fast, making it perfect to rest on your pulse points on your wrist or run across your brow when you feel overheated. Far less messy than getting sprayed with water to cool off, and personally, I think and excellent addition for those who are very impacted by hot weather (ex. Dysautonomia/POTS). Beyond taking it out and about on hot days, I think it might also be useful in another way - to quickly dry acrylic paintings with cool air, cordlessly! A very handy gadget that I will highly recommend to others.

Ready for lift off!
This is not just a fan, it also has a built in cooling pad. It's not explained at all what that even does, but if you tap the power button while the fan is running, a green snowflake icon lights up on the display. And with in seconds the center chrome cap gets ice cold. Like for real cold. It immediately built up condensation from the humidity in the air even though we were inside with only a 50% humidity. The best way I could measure it's effect was with a meat thermometer, but it's colder than even that displays because of only being able to touch a small section of the tip. It feels like a little ice cube. Would be perfect for someone experiencing a hot flash to place directly on the forehead or back of their neck. And then there's the power. At full blast it puts out some serious wind, as evidenced by the microphone turbulence in the video. Battery life is pretty good. I ran it at 33% (which is a very good breeze) for an hour and only lost 17%. So you could expect at least 5 hours run time at that setting. However, you should only use the chiller sparingly as it takes a lot of juice to make that pad so cold. 5 minutes of chiller with the fan at 1/3 ate 4% of the battery. The build quality is top notch. It feels solid and nothing rattles or feels out of balance even at turbo speeds. I can't imagine running it at 100%, so the noise isn't really an issue at 1/3 to 1/2 power. The LCD screen is nice and colorful with the little snowflake addition and it displays the remaining battery life as well as speed. *Double tap the power button to see battery %. Overall, for the current $23 price ($28 - 20% coupon), it's a great deal. And if you're prone to hot flashes, it would be a life saver even at a higher price. Plus, who else do you know has a fan with a built in a/c unit?

Decent handheld fan for its size
To start, this is a pretty nice little handheld fan. To my surprise, it puts out a decent amount of air for It size. The build quality is okay. It seems to be made out of some type of hard plastic except for the metal cooling plate. Speaking of the cooling plate, that is one of the main reasons why I decided to get it. The cooling plate to my surprise gets pretty cold quickly. Also it has decent battery life as well. I really like the little LED screen that shows the speeds and the battery percentage. That's pretty handy and takes the guess work of trying to figure out how much battery life I have left. I will say if you're looking for a fan like this to totally cool you off In extreme heat, it won't. No Handheld fan can do that, but it will help take the edge off. In my opinion this handheld fan works best indoors versus outside in this scorching hot summer heat. Overall I think this is a decent small handheld fan, and So far I don't have any complaints.
