When a laxative is needed, I will take this one with 2 stool softeners. This recipe works for me, however I would talk to a medical person prior. I am elderly & take medicines that constipate. I have been using this product for years and I feel safe with it.

As I get older these products are very important. Just wish this wasn't so difficult to get. Especially through the original company. Don't like the mark up otherwise.

I've been using this product for years, it very easy on the stomach as long as you drink enough water. I take it at nights no later than 9pm.
