Seems healthy
I like this product...but it came all stuck together and doesn't want to be easily taken out singularly. Maybe it got frozen somewhere in transit?

After Initial Dose, 100% Loving It!
I got to admit, that I was very skeptical about this product (as the old saying goes, if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is). But, I took my first 2 two gummies before dinner this evening. And, as I stated in the title, I'm 100% Loving it! Leading a sedate lifestyle as I do, maintaining my weight is difficult (and around the holidays, it's impossible). Then, finding a diet aid that actually works (especially, one without chemicals), is a monumental task. Despite having my regular meals today, and preparing my usual Sunday dinner, I ate only half of it! And, have 0 cravings for dessert (typically part of Sunday's dinner, including in a sugar-free cookies, or ice cream; total shock). Fingers crossed that it continues to work this great!

Pretty disappointing. Saw no results whatsoever. I can find similar items in any store for less money.

Health benefits
Hasn't really worked for weight loss but it has lowered my cholesterol level. A bit tart to chew but worth it for the decreased levels.

Work somewhat, I did not loose weight but it curved my appetite for sure. This last bottle is all sticky and I am having trouble getting them out

Helped with hair growth. Nothing else really though. It definately didnt curve my hunger and help with weight loss like i was wanting. The taste want horrible like some ASV gummies. Didnt upset my stomach and I have IBS. The texture is chewy but not stick to teeth kind. Good amount for price but not worth it in my opinion. Definately wasnt effective enough.
