I have received a good quality Ceylon Cinnamon. Its taste is not strong, it is less spicy and has a mild aroma. This Ceylon Cinnamon is recommended for Diabetic patients because it has less coumarin and does not harm the liver. Don't use the Cassia Cinnamon for diabetic patients, which is easily available in the local market or mall, it has a very strong smell, spicy taste and a high level of coumarin.

Quality seems good to me as I am using Ceylon cinnamon for the first time. Very subtle and light aroma. Flavour is mild and slightly sweet. Not at all very punchy and spicy. 70% stick are clean and 30% has some typical bark patches which is understandable as it is a tree bark and has natural appearance. I dont go for the appearance as long as it is original and effective. It is all grading system which plays a part in deciding the price. We see this grading system in fruits like apple and vegetables too. If there is small dot on apple or irregularity in shape then price will be reduced to almost half but taste remains the same. So in terms of taste, aroma and appearance it matches the description of Ceylon/ True cinnamon that I have got from google search. Advice for seller to launch other 500gm and 1 kg economical packaging. I am daily consuming 3-4gm of grounded cinnamon with lemon and honey warm water to treat metabolic disorder.
