This kit is perfect! I ordered it specially for the sliders for a mat Pilate class for sanitary reasons . They met and exceeded my expectations . I also used the resistance bands for leg excersises . Great product. Ordered it and it arrived immediately. Started the program. And it works. If you think that an exercise program using bands does not give you a good workout, try this program.
