I originally bought this for my husband for Christmas 2023. He forgot about using it, so my daughter and I have been using it on the regular. The insulation is top notch, keeping beverages hot/cold for the full time advertised. Sometimes I leave hot tea in the tumbler on the counter overnight with the lid on and it's still very, very warm in the morning. Likewise, if I leave an iced drink in there, the ice is still there several hours later. I think there were some comments about the lid not staying on, but that has not been the case for me. Even after 2 years of regular (4+x/week) use, the lid seals tightly and I'm able to snap the drinking flap closed and shake the cup without any spilling or leaking (not with hot beverages, of course). At such a reasonable price, I'm considering purchasing another one or two and giving the original back to my husband. ;-) The ONLY thing I don't like about the tumbler is the brand name so prominently printed on it...I tend not to like to advertise like that.

Product is as described on line and quality of product is acceptable and price fits budget. Delivery was as quoted upon ordering and items were placed as requested in delivery instructions and delivery driver was pleasant and a good representation of the Amazon family & brand. Highly recommended and will order without hesitation if needed again.

This is my favorite commuter coffee mug. I love the color (blue). It cleans up easily and keeps my coffee warm all day. It is not too heavy but it is also not too light. When you seal the lid it stays closed. I also like it because you can put more coffe in this mug than usual.

Serves its purpose. Doesn't stay hot as some of my other tumblers, but my daughter prefers that. We have had the cup for over a year and the cup is good quality, no paint peeling. Its easy to clean.

These are great! They keep my coffee hot for hours. We have not had any problem with the seal or leaking. They are dishwasher safe. This simple design is wonderful and fits perfectly in your hand and the car cup holders for long trips.

i bought this cup specifically due to the removeable rubber ring so i can clean it better, which is great! but, the second time i got the ring off for cleaning, a chunk of the ring ripped off. i'll take partial responsibility as i suppose i could have been more careful? but i really wasn't expecting that! ever since, i've been having some leaking issues when i drink out of it as intended. i've been using it with a straw lately, which is okay but really speeds up the ice melting and prevents me from closing the lid. the rubber ring fiasco happened so soon into my owning the cup, i genuinely can't remember if it was a problem beforehand or not. the chunk that ripped off is really quite small (see picture), so i'd be surprised if it was the entire issue. even without the straw, the cup NEEDS to remain vertical or else it'll leak, so i don't ever put it in my bag. i'd already put stickers on my cup, so i tried to reach the seller to see if i could get a replacement rubber ring, or if they had any ideas of what i could do. it was EXTREMELY difficult to find any way of contacting them! i felt like i was being given the runaround, being sent to several sites of "different" brands. i only decided to reach out to the one i found an email for when i saw they were listed as having the same address. i can't even guarantee that the contact i found was correct! i considered reaching out to the linked facebook which made me uncomfortable, but it hadn't been active since around 2022 anyway. it's been a bit over a week since i attempted to reach out, and nothing. i'm feeling pretty frustrated with the lack of customer service. i suppose you shouldn't expect amazon to be anything other than AI review boosted drop shipping slop anymore, but still. the cup is fine though. i think i paid like 8 bucks for it, and i don't know if i'd go higher than that. minus a star for the leaking, and minus a star for the purposefully confusing and unresponsive customer service so they don't have to put any more effort into this drop shipping gig than required.

Its great mug keeps my drinks warm and spill proof

Lid doesn’t seal properly with hot drinks. It’s only been used a few times. Purchased April 2025. I would not recommend. I pour in hot coffee, put in lid with drink section open, then close it to seal but sides of lid slowly rise up.
