Right now im rating lowest possible score based on my own user experience since receiving the remote 2 weeks ago. I dont know if the remote I received is defective or just plain rubbish.Remote performs a "security update" that states it will take 1 to 2 minutes, but realistically takes on average 10 minutes, EVERY SINGLE TIME I power on my device. This is incredibly frustrating. Can anyone tell me why this happens because I cannot find contact info for seller?

Have bought 2 remotes from you and both are faulty.Both have the same fault. You have to press the selection button very hard but even worse it won't scroll to the right. Half a dozen hard presses just to scroll one place.Unusable. Can't ask for my money back as I only have the boxes.My Grandkids tidied up for me and binned the instructions.One faulty remote is enough but two with the same fault isn't good. 🤷

Good product works perfectly

Very upset, bought this remote for my tv (the exact same one as my old one) thought it worked normally until i realised i have to press on the buttons multiple times for it to work :( not happy with how faulty it is.

It has arrived broken - where the plastic has come from a mould or something,It also doesn’t pair with fire stick 4k as advertised in the product title and description.Really confused why they are selling these as they clearly aren’t fit for purpose

cette télécommande a la facheuse habitude de mettre à jour l'appareil amazon à chaque nouvelle utilisation. Obligé de revenir sur les chaines hertziennes puis au bout d'un moment revenir sur prime et là elle fonctionne. Car contrairement à ce qui est annoncé à l'écran, la mise à jour ne prend pas deux minutes, mais au bout de 10, je zappe !

Es parecido al original, pero el plástico es un poco de menos calidad, pero cumple.

Beim Einlegen der Batterien, sind diese auf einmal ganz heiß geworden. Lag es an den Batterien oder an der Fernbedienung? Wir wissen es nicht. Dann nochmal andere Batterien ausprobiert, die wurden nicht heiß. Dann haben wir die Registrierung der Fernbedienung, mit Hilfe der Anzeige über den Bildschirm, abgeschlossen. Wir haben uns schon gefreut, okay funktioniert. Aber nachdem der Fernseher kurz aus war, mussten wir die Fernbedienung wieder registrieren. Okay, kann schon mal vorkommen. Das ging dann aber jedesmal so, wenn der Fernseher aus war und wieder angeschaltet wurde. Das geht leider überhaupt nicht, deshalb haben wir den Artikel zurück geschickt. Die Fernbedienung fühlte sich auch leichter und nicht so handlich an. Zumindest hat die Rückgabe und der Kauf reibungslos funktioniert. Irgend etwas positives steckt wohl in jeder Sache.
