The zipper is smooth and the jacket is removable and washable, making it friendly to families with pets. Zero difficulty in installation, take it out and use it.

This is a nice looking sofa. The fabric is soft and it is relatively easy to assemble. The instructions recommend two people for assembly, but I was able to do it myself. There was some damage to the couch when I received it. I didn’t notice it until I had already put it together. I reached out to Amazon who put me in contact with Welzona, and they worked with me to rectify the situation. The pillows in the photo are not the pillows that came with the sofa. They were not good quality. The size of the sofa is great and it sets comfortably. Overall I am happy with this purchase.
