User
Best value
This is the best value one I found compared to the others. I use it for keto bread and in regular bread it helps the rise for wholemeal bread.

Product is fine but service was lacking
The gluten itself is fine. Arrived as described and has normal gluten flavour and texture. Works well in protein recipes. My only concern is that the merchant uses Evri for deliveries which is a 2 star penalty at least! They claimed to have delivered it when it was not delivered. This happens all the time with Evri in my area and is the reason I won't be ordering again from the merchant.
