How are half chrome bulbs used? - Use reflective recessed bulbs to direct light into the can, which then reflects the light out and around the bulb to create a diffused, eclipse-like effect. - Try using them with reflective fixtures like dressing-room mirror frames - that way you can see your reflection without the bulbs blinding you. - Put them in your lamps to focus light down and out rather than up through the top of the shade.
