So far so good
Not as nice as a total gym, but this is what sold me on this: can store under a bed. Honestly, I had a Total Gym that I LOVED prior to not bringing it with me on our move, which I kept set up in my basement, as folding is more difficult than they show on tv because it is very heavy, which hurt my back. My Weider doesn't glide as smoothly, and does not have the higher leg pulley, but one can find other exercises to compensate. All in all, a great knock-off for a lot less $$$. Fits set up in the corner of our bedroom, and can be stored under our bed (unlike the Total Gym). But an exercise chart is not included. But one can find plenty of Total Gym exercises on the web. Would have liked a padded foot rest too. A little tricky to raise, but it won't raise without lifting the bar a teeny bit, a safety feature. Folding it DOWN on floor and sliding under bed is easier than the Total Gym, imo. For the slight differences in quality, it is sturdy and a good buy.

Gravity at a reasonable price!
Well, we've all looked up the competition to Weiders Body Works Incline bench... and seen how expensive free-gravity has become... This bench is a no frills bench... it's not electronic, you can't hook up your iPad or favorite tablet, it doesn't make pumpkin-spice macchiatos as you sweat away with assisted resistance controls and it doesn't talk to you with motivational messages... it's just a great incline workout bench and not much more! it works! it's sturdy, easy to use and you'll have money left to get workout clothes without spending up to 10 times more with other more expensive brands.... I'm happy with it so far and friends and family have tried it and seemed pleased with it... even had someone question my decision to go with Weider (I've had other workout equipment from them in the past with no problems, BTW) and it seemed to have changed their minds for the better! So there, that's my review... it's a serious machine if you actually use it and not turn it into a hanging clothes dryer like all the other workout machines you've had in the past... yeah, you know...!! lol

Built like a tank...built to use !!
I am hoping to rehabilitate some muscles with this "machine." I have worked in manufacturing organizations around all types of metal working processes so I can recognize robust designs and assemblies. I assembled it myself with no help. Only 3 bolts with nuts and washers were required and 4 pins with spring detents which you simply push into predrilled holes. The entire device weighs around 90 pounds so it's made of substantial steel tubing. I am quick to notice defects in manufacture or design and I am very pleased with this exercise machine. I do a bit of welding myself and all the welds I observed during assembly appeared to be excellent for the gauge of metal used. Operation was very smooth right out of the box as all cables are fully assembled. I just hope I can recover some muscles and flexibility that have been compromised by very painful hips and knees.

great for training specific muscle groups
I needed to start training some specific muscle groups after surgery and at Physical Therapy this type of device was the most successful for increasing hip range of motion (ROM) and training hip flexors. As you improve in strength you have up to 4 bungee cords to increase resistance. Device is easy to put together with 4 pins and 3 bolts. Sliding seat is sturdy while training but does lift up on one side when getting off.My only complaint is foot rest is not tall enough to place my foot flat on device to get best hip ROM and this component is loose with the use of pins. Foot rest does need to be taken off for some specific exercises. It would be helpful to have a seat locking device when getting on and off.Overall happy with my purchase.

Great sliding bench exerciser
This is just like the expensive Total Gym. Set up was a breeze, as long as you follow the steps exactly. I skipped step one to make the size more manageable. That was a big mistake. The bench can’t slide unless you open it all the way (step 1). It is huge and takes up a lot of floor space but you would expect that. Slides back down simply for storage ( don’t know where yet, won’t fit under anything but could probably stand up). It is a heavy unit so moving it around would need 2 people ( unless you’re already pretty strong). Love this unit and bought the laminated exercise poster from Amazon that is specifically made for this type unit (cost $10). Would recommend to anyone.

Great machine for the money
I bough this machine and I like it! Well made inexpensive easy to use and works great if you just wanna work up a good sweat, the biggest thing is if it breaks can easily be fixed, with bolts pulleys or just weld it back together, I’m happy with if I look forward to winter time I’ll have something to do. Also it dosnt take up much room, but I’d put it in a room thats long other then that it’s not in the way much
