This was easy to assemble and use

I wanted this bag to work better than it did...it holds a decent amount and has several pockets, but I wish the zippers moved more smoothly and with greater ease. If the bag is full (not even over-full, just a weekend's worth of clothing) you have to sit on it and hold it with both hands to ensure the zipper closes.

I bought this bag to take to Italy and it worked out well for me

This does not remotely serve the purpose it's supposed to. Anything with hangers makes it impossible to close. One pair of flats in the shoe compartment-impossible to close. Anything in the internal pockets, impossible to close. It holds significantly less than a regular duffle bag. Total waste.
