Roller Derby Stingray Mens Quad Skate

I recently purchased a pair of Stingray, Roller Derby, roller skates from Amazon for my son. He has been completely ecstatic with these skates! He actually found them on the website and told me that they were priced exceptionally below what they were running at the skating rink. The actual purchase online was SIMPLE! The only thing that could have been better was the time it took to for them to arrive however, they were here in time for my son's next "Friday night, skating extravaganza"!! Thanks a ton for helping me to bring a smile to my son's face!!

I got the skates on time. They fit perfectly (I ordered a size 7 mens because I am a size 8-8 1/2 womens) I am beginning Roller Derby in a month and I wanted a novice skate that would last for awhile. The other skates that I was looking at in my price range didn't meet my expectations. I am very happy with this purchase.

I bought these as a starter skate for Roller Derby. I switched the wheels to Flatouts, the wheels that came with seemed too sticky. I really like the skates; however the plates cannot be replaced, which is unfortunate because I will have to replace the entire skate, and I found the boots to be extremely comfortable. The skates go on sale at times, and if you find them for the $60 dollars like I payed for them, try them; however if your going to pay $100 for them I would suggest spending the extra $20 and purchasing Rocket GT or R3, they are made for Derby.

Really great quads for newbies, the shoes are very confortable and look very nice. But if you want to skate on the road need to buy a better wheels.

These are my sons second pair of skates.He really thinks there cool and faster than his first pair. Fairly well made I would say there worth the money! ($99.00)
