The underside is the same material and visuals as what you see on the back. It's basically a molded unit since you access the interior through the area that rests on your back.

Q: What size zipper so I can replace them? Had this bag for awhile and zippers finally broke off, I had already got some to replace but they were small

This is universal size zipper, you can measure the size of the old zipper, and then buy the appropriate zipper to replace it!

Q: Who do i contact to get my money back? Backpack has failed in less than 2 months...

My suggestion would be first contact the seller, then the manufacturer, then Amazon stopping when you get the replacement or refund you're looking for.
