I purchased this chair as a gift for my son, and we’ve been very impressed. Assembly was quick and easy, taking only a short amount of time. The chair is well-made with quality materials and is extremely comfortable. It also has multiple pockets, including a zippered armrest pocket that’s great for storage. Recently, the chair was damaged, so I reached out to customer service. They were extremely responsive and went above and beyond by helping me obtain a replacement part—even though the warranty had already expired. That level of service is hard to find. I highly recommend both this chair and the seller. I’m completely satisfied with the product and the support behind it.

When the chair arrived I began looking at all the assembly steps and various pieces involved. Wow, can I do this. I got worried about it. I called a friend to help me as two adults were recommended for easier assembly. When we actually got started all the negative reviews ceased to be a concern. Assembly was quite simple in fact. If you read the instructions before you start, pay attention to details, and have patients it goes smoothly. After assembly I found this chair to be very sturdy and comfortable. Some reviews complained about the chair back being stiff and hard. In truth the chair forces you sit with good posture and supports your back very well which is ultimately less fatiguing when sitting for long periods of time.I love the heat and massage functions, and find them very soothing. In my opinion it is a very nice chair for the money. I'm guessing it will be good for several years.

As others have stated, some of the parts are odd and it takes some patience to put it all together. Overall, it's a good choice. My only real complaint is that mine arrived with a busted zipper on the left arm rest, which results in the cushion constantly sinking into the storage compartment. The "massage" feature is more of a vibration. If you're expecting the massage chair quality for this function, then you'll be disappointed. The heating function works great though.

I got these two chairs for my yacht, on which I live. They came in a pretty heavy box, but once opened, I was able to get the pieces onto my boat. The bottom section was a bit heavy. The chairs were fairly easy to put together, but did require some second-guessing. An electrical connection which connects the back to the bottom came all bent. I wrote the company and they very quickly sent a replacement back section, no questions. These chairs are quite comfortable and very nice looking. I love the cup holders and all the pockets. The heat and massage functions work well, but as others have mentioned, the massage is more of a weak vibration feature. I do really love these chairs, lots of cushioning and the storage in the arms is quite roomy. the zippers to the storage are a little challenging to access, so I put little pull cords on mine. The back stretches pretty flat, but I think a kid wouldn't be able to keep it all the way back very well, as you need some weight to keep it laid way back. All that being said, I do think these chairs were money well spent!
