dropped and lost a small plug that fits on the water nozzle so I phoned Symmons customer service they responded immediately and are sending the replacement part. Great company to do business with!

Looks nice, somewhat cheaply made
It's somewhat easy to install although the instructions are somewhat wrong with the picture showing the installation order wrong. But it looks nice once installed. It is a really cheaply made piece though, just plastic, way overpriced for what you get. But I couldn't really find a cheaper option so this worked ok.

Symmons is a reliable choice
I am rating this at 4 stars only because I was not overly impressed with the visual design. I’ve owned a previous symmons setup that was much better. Functionally it works great! I read reviews prior to purchasing about the handle being cheap - I don’t get that impression though. However, it has only been installed for about a week now so I guess time will tell! I spoke to the manufacturer and it turns out there are quite a few parts that are interchangeable and work with multiple models so that is extremely convenient.

This part could never t be used because it did not come with all connections to make attachments.

Happy to find the match to my old shower part
Happy I could match my old handle and escutcheon. The lever which adjusts water flow had snapped. Decided to replace whole piece. Since there was no interference with plumbing, it was easy to do.

Parts are made with plastic coated with metallic paint. Hard to justify paying that much money for a plastic part.
