I have a few of these waterless diffusers and I love them. They offer a consistent, vibrant aroma throughout my home. I use different ones for each floor. The Hotel Collection waterless diffuser is the newest edition and it operates just as efficiently as the other ones. They're all very similar and operate pretty much the same. The remotes are similar and the same between one and the other. As a result, the remotes operate both of them so I've eliminated a remote. Since operating, I've had no issues, They offer their fragrances however, even though they're much cheaper, I found them to not be as potent as the major brands. Overall I'm very happy with this waterless diffuser. It's a great choice for the value and is just as comparable as the major brands on the market.

It’s nice but it’s not totally quiet like they advertise also schedule time to start and stop isn’t available neither the seconds of diffusing can’t be controlled for whatever is set , I returned it.

I love using oil diffusers to create pleasant scents. This one interested me because it doesn't require me to light tea light under a glass bowl to burn away the oil leaving a sticky residue. It also doesn't require adding a few drops to water which technically puts more moisture in the air or my already too moist home. Instead, it just mists out the oil on its own. I'm not sure if that will have some unseen issue but for now, it seems great. The scent comes out strong and fills the room quickly. The only problem with it is that it doesn't have any operational buttons or switches on it and the remote is horrible. If you plug it in,it will autaticallyturnon and go to a standard setting (I'm not sure what) and then auto turn off when it reaches the time of that auto turn-off. You can cnge the setting fr stregth and duration using the remote but the problem is, that the remote and device don't hve anyway to tell the message is received. The respnse from the device happens much laterafter having pushed the remote button so the time difference mkes it impossible t tell if it's actualy changing the setting, changed, or stayed the same. There culdhave been a small beep or noise to let you know it's recieved the command, a blink of light r change of color or some smal display showing the current setting, but no. It leaves you guessing

This came with a couple extra pieces. It's the perfect size and made well. I didn't even think it was working, it's so quiet! You can use an app, I chose not to, the remote is sufficient enough for my use. So far so good. I'm happy.

Maybe I was a little too excited to receive it. Just coming off of vacation, I saw "Hotel Collection" and was thinking I would get that great smell that was throughout the hotel. The unit is bigger than I thought. It works well but something is wrong with the remote. It stopped working after the first few uses. There is an option to download the app which I am going to try but I don't really see the benefit of it. I use apps for my security system, Alexa and other items but don't really see the need for it for a diffuser. Wish it was a little more the Hotel feel I was looking for.

This product is really cool or should I say would be if it actually worked right. The problem with mine is that the remote control does not work. The red light on the remote lights up, but it does not control the functionality of the diffuser. So something is really wrong with it. Who knows maybe they can tell me how to Repair it. But let’s be honest I shouldn’t have to. It should come ready to use. When using the control on the front I was able to get it working. But another issue with this is you have to plug it in so in your bathroom you’re gonna have a black cord running across your counter, which is not good. This product should’ve just come with a USB-C rechargeable battery. The next issue with this is the total operation is not exactly explained in the manual. It has a few settings on for 15 seconds off for five minutes or working for two hours. But those settings are not good enough , what you really want is more granular control to be able to set it for something like 115 second spray every hour or every two hours or every four hours something like that. Because for me when I turned it on, it would spray for 15 seconds every minute and that’s the only setting I could set because the remote doesn’t work and I am not going to download an app To run it. All in all mine seems like an unfinished prototype that still needs to work. But I will say this one positive thing or let’s make it 2. It looks good except for the cord and when it is working, it does itemize the oil very easily

This is built well and it is large for a diffuser. My big issue is that the container for the oils is a platic. It is a little heavier duty but I worry about putting some of the oils in the plastic.
