I had put purchased another product from is in wheel and it was way better than it was supposed to be. I needed speed and power to do what I need to do. The shocks on this are incredibly comfortable. The tires pattern is a little different than I’ve seen and they really perform, no problem on dirt, gravel or a bumpy field. This is like an suv type e-scooter, lol. People don’t realize when you get this kind of power, you have to work those muscles. The torque is strong and the throttle is good but i believe a more smoother one would be more safe. I adjusted everything i could to fit my position and it is easy to do. Just a head up, under the turn signals is a tiny set screw, put some loctite on them fast. They do vibrate loose. I got caught in a rain and I didn’t get shocked to death and everything worked fine. The speedometer control panel is good, but it would be better if it were adjustable. Not many options but to get a bar extension. It fold and locks as well as it can with the design being restricted. The customer service is great! I was confused about the tiny set screws and they were very helpful. This brand seems to give a little more quality and value from what I’ve researched. This was 200 more than my first one but ten times better. Worth every penny. Oh one more thing. The 12 amp battery is conservative. I’m heavy and this did better then i expected one mile off of full range!! Perfect for exploring and light shopping. Can’t go wrong with this one.

Bought this scooter in May. Have used it a lot since then. It feels so much more substantial than the Razor sized scooters available for rent or student owned out on the streets. I use it to put some road miles on my hunting dog. I used to bike with him but once he gets tired the problem of how to back track has no good solutions. With the scooter, my dog gets on the wide platform with me and, ears flapping in the breeze, we scoot on home.The scooter has plenty of power and friends who have never ridden a scooter are quick to get going on this one. The heavier frame adds to stability and the ability to take on the bumps and cracks in the road as well as some packed dirt riding.It’s not a cheap scooter. I’d say it’s worth the money and I expect it to last for years.

Overall a great scooter, fast and functional. The front shocks do not work - they don’t move. I can’t figure out if this is normal or not. I have contacted support and so far no response.

So far it seems like a nice scooter.It's quite quick It does tend to pop wheelies easily so keep that in mind. I'm quite happy with the scooter overall.

The media could not be loaded.  I would never recommend anyone buy this scooter on the sheer annoyance and frustration we experienced from the seller. This manufacturer is completely based in Asia with no US support as promised. The telephone number is just an automated message and they never respond to emails. If you have a problem don’t bother wasting your time. The only reason I will keep this item is that I can deal with Amazon instead

When I first gontje scooter I charged it and it wouldn't come on. I messaged customer service and they sent me a new battery. They were very easy to work with and quickly took care of the problem. I out the new battery in and it works great. I'm 300 pounds and it carries me just fine

This Scooter is solid and fast. Easy to assemble. I weigh 240 lbs. and rode like the wind on the slow speed.Throttled up to 18 miles per hour. The disk brakes stop the scooter on a dime. Not ready yet to go at full speed. Scooter did not lose power going uphill. The locking mechanism to fold down and up the handlebars is a little hard to use. I have had other scooters before, this scooter is the Best! Ran from Vegas

Well, I bought two.. One had something that didn’t Work so I had too send one back. Very sturdy and fun riding.
