The part that goes into your ears are soft and grab the wax without having to twist it.

Really good product, works much better than cotton buds, and the fact you can reuse them is excellent! Simply clean the tips and dry them with a hairdryer and boom sticky and reusable. Easy to use, clean and removes wax well. Comfortable to use and value for money is great.

Didn’t get any more wax than a regular cotton bud IMO

Be careful
Don’t do what they say they do and be very careful because easy to cause ear damage which is very painful . I’m a nurse and know how to use them and I caused myself trauma . Don’t recommend
