I thought I would be clever and get a bluetooth device for my brand new MacBook pro. My computer has the Bluetooth connection wizard right on top of the desktop. The wizard discovered the mouse but would not function! If you are an Apple user, BEWARE!

Cam audio to picture did not sync
I bought this for my husband for a gift and his reaction was great, he could not wait to put this to use since he does do a lot of commuting to his work. After his install, he soon found out that the cam video to audio would not be in sync with each other. He was soon displeased and did not trust this camera incase he would have to use it in a accident. We did return it and did get our money back. He mention that the quality was not that great. Night time was not good at all. Buyer beware. There are some better cams out there for a little extra more money.

Not compatible with Mac.
It is not compatible with 2018 15 inch MacBook Pro.

Works well, but not with Chromebook
Works perfectly w/Windows 7 laptop. My 2 Chromebooks both have Bluetooth, but only for speakers. The product specs are clear about the fact that it works only w/PC and Mac. I love it for my Windows laptop. It came charged, and so far I have only had to charge it once.

Connectivity problems
after 25 days of usage I experienced severe connectivity problems. Have to use an usb powered wireless mouse. My Mac mini reflects it's connected, but it doesn't move.Please provide me return instructions or repair instructions

Looks great but is junk
I have a Macbook Pro. This connected at first ok. I used it about a month and it began to loose the wireless connection more and more. I can't return it because it went past the one month return date but I haven't even had it 2 months. Don't purchase this

Great product but not fan
I have no complaints whatsoever. Best of all, the Bluetooth that makes your desktop cable and clutter free. I guess for me the main turn down is its main highlight. I just can't get used to the silent, non-click feature. It's light, ergonomic and easy to handle.

Cheap piece of plastic
Poor quality, it's worth spending the money to get a real mouse. You get what you pay for.
