Good for Tasks
These are really good for around-the-house tasks that might be a little dangerous. I am not sure whether they'd hold up to more industrial uses. However, I like them for gardening despite the fact that they're definitely large on my hands. They feel really secure and I think they're well-made.

Very nice for freezer use!
These gloves are really heavy duty and insulated - perfect for working in a low temperature area! I got these as backups for my work gloves, with have similar gel pads for improved grip as well as thicker cloth for insulation and improved defense from cuts. They are as comfortable as gloves can be - just an extension of your own hands - and mine fit snug enough to not have any extra fabric getting in the way as I use them to pick up or cut up items.Very nice, DEX FIT!

Comfortable & Flexible | Moderate Protection
These gloves are more comfortable than I expected, and I think that also comes with the tradeoff that they're not as puncture-resistant as I expected -- resistant (not proof) being the key word. As for size, I'm a thin female and the Medium fits a little big, but I can still make it work. I think the quality is good here, and I'd recommend these gloves, provided that you manage your expectations around the level of puncture resistance they actually provide. In other words, use them as an added layer of protection, but don't think they're going to protect you from an inherently dangerous activity.

Great puncture proof gloves.
I don't handle anything with needles, but I do frequently handle scrap wood that often times has rusty nails, as well as broken glass. These are great for those jobs. I've used them on during 12 jobs so far (around 50 hours) and they have held up great, haven't had any injuries thanks to them. They have a nice non-slip grip on the palms and fingers, and the touchscreen responsiveness works surprisingly well. They are a bit rigid, but that is kind of a given with gloves rated at this level of protection. Even though they are slightly rigid, they're still comfortable to wear for long long periods and are easy enough to handle objects large and small.

Great for anything involving sharp objects
These gloves are puncture- and needle-resistant, to ASTM F2878-10 Level 4 in the palms and Level 3 at the fingers (maximum rating is Level 5). What this means is that they use a 25-gauge needle and see how much force is needed to puncture the gloves. (A 25-gauge needle has an outside diameter of 0.515 mm.) Level 3 is at least 6 Newtons, or about 1.3 lbs. of force, and Level 4 is at least 8 Newtons, or about 1.8 lbs. of force. (Level 5 is at least 10 Newtons, or about 2.2 lbs. of force.) So these gloves can be punctured, make no mistake, but if you wear them while carefully handling sharp objects, you should be just fine. Just don't get reckless and think you have Superman's skin. These gloves are comfortable as such gloves go, but they're not like wearing regular work gloves. It feels like there's a thin layer of cardboard inside the gloves; you do lose some dexterity. These are great if you work in law enforcement or in a medical field. For the rest of us, these are great for any task involving thorns, such as in gardening, or in handling barbed wire.

Safety first
Wow, these are some really durable gloves. They're asking to gardening gloves with a coating, but the coating is so much thicker--but somehow is still quite flexible. Not perfect for the most exacting movements, but good enough. I'm still not quite sure if I'd want to test these by sticking my hands into a bag of syringes, but I will be using these when I end up having to search around for nails or broken glass.

Very effective
Work great for pulling out and trimming rose bushes. They are a bit difficult to maneuver but that is to be expected. It's functionality is worth it.

Thoroughly tested, thoroughly impressed, these are the real deal
I put these on immediately after receiving them and went straight for the blackberry bushes behind my house. I pulled at the smaller vines, the bigger vines...no matter the size of the thorns, I felt nothing. I began trying different ways to purposely prick myself but to no avail...you can take a thorn head-on and see the thorns crush themselves against the glove.I came inside, grabbed a safety pin for the ultimate test and began trying to poke myself with it, softly at first and incrementally harder, putting enough pressure on it that I finally chickened out due to possibly skewering my finger if the glove DID fail. I tried without my hand in there and although I can't say it'd be impossible, it was tough enough that I didn't want to give it any more muscle...its point had been more than proven IMO. I tested the fingers, the fingertips and the palms...every part of the glove's front held up much more than I'd ever need it to.They're also very comfortable compared to the traditional heavy-duty leather gloves, quite flexible and the wrist strap keeps them on tight and prevents debris from getting down in there with your hands (something that's always bothered me). I enjoy the feel enough that I'll be using these for much more than just the heavy duty stuff...really impressed with these.
