Fantastic scalpel knife, made out of quality material it is very rugged with a very secure liner lock. It is easy to use, easy to maintain, very easy to open and stay secure in place when open and closed. Great size, blades are extremely Sharp this is an all-around excellent utility / first aid/survival knife.

Very nice quality for the price. It flips open lightning fast with the ball bearing. The scales look great and have a nice positive feel to the knurls. I have the Jade one and it looks great. Easy to carry, small, inconspicuous and ridiculously sharp. Recommended. 5 stars.

Outstanding. Useful in every way imaginable. Well crafted and sleek design makes it perfect for those times where your usual EDC isn’t a good fit. Scalpel blade with a strong liner lock frame and flipper opening. Can fit on your palm but still has a substantial surface area for a solid grip.

The Good: Ordering I ordered Orange and received Orange, so no problems with ordering. I also have another scalpel knife with #60 (0.4mm) blades that fit this one, and found what appears to be the same blades on Amazon ASIN: B0FMNQX1L9 (note that I have not ordered those replacements yet, but the packaging is identical to the #60 blades supplied with the knife). The Not So Good: Ergonomics I have large hands, which I didn't really consider when ordering. It seemed like this small, thin knife would be easy to carry and use, but in reality the small size in my large hands just makes it easier to nick myself while flipping the knife open. This was mostly alleviated by installing the shorter #24 blade, so that's what I'll use. The Confusing: Blade Sizes Scalpel blade sizing is confusing to those who've never used them before. I've already wasted $9 on new blades that don't fit. :( Apparently there are two "Fitment" sizes, and this knife seems to use a Fitment Four size blade that is no more than 0.4mm thick. The Bad: Alternate Blade Shapes/Sizes If you want a different blade shape it may be hard to find. I've been looking for a blade with a blunt tip and straight cutting edge without any luck (they're available for Fitment Three, but I couldn't find a Fitment Four size that fit this knife). The Conclusion: I do like this knife, in spite of the issues I described above. The liner lock is solid and simple to disengage and the blades are easy to change. However, I prefer the other scalpel blade knife I ordered (ASIN: B0FSXHFM7C). It's an OTF Automatic knife (which is legal where I live, YMMV)! Pictures include the Flipper knife open and closed, the Flipper knife with the short #24 blade compared to the OTF Automatic (#60), and both with the long #60 (0.4mm) blades.

Favorite knife I've ever owned. Slick action, solid design, genuine G10 handle. Low profile and light enough to carry in pajama pants. Literally always on me. Small amount of wiggle between replaceable scalpel blade and shank, will likely vary from different blade manufacturer to manufacturer. Well within tolerance. 10/10.

Nice little knife, awesome that they include replacement blades, smooth action with the ball bearings. Great size for pocket, safe with the blade lock. Handy for work or play.

The OLITANS G046 Mecha Mini Slim Folding Scalpel Knife is a very well-designed little tool. Extremely compact, lightweight, and easy to carry, while still feeling solid and precise in hand. The mechanism works smoothly, the slim design disappears in the pocket, and the replaceable scalpel blade makes it incredibly practical for everyday small cutting tasks. Perfect for packages, detailed work, and general EDC use. What I especially like is that it combines a clean mechanical design with real functionality instead of being just a gimmick. Very satisfied with it. Easy 5/5.
