My kiddo picked up on soccer and we were looking for a set that would help out with agility training. Found this on Vine and picked it up. The first order we received was a pair of oversized cheapo shoes (not even soccer shoes at that). Sent those back and Amazon replaced them for us. The set we finally got was awesome. Everything was contained in a carrying bag and inside was: A long 20 ft. ladder, hurdles, a parachute, a jump rope, and some cones. Perfect for building up agility on the field. The equipment is pretty standard overall, no defects that I can see, and my kiddo loves using them. It's currently soccer season so these have gotten good use in between games. Love it. 5/5 stars

A good set to start a training collection. We bought this for the beginnings of our garage home gym. Nothing seems super well made, but for the price happy with the purchase!

This is a solid set to kick off any home workout routine, especially if you're building a garage gym or looking to improve agility and footwork. We got this mainly for our son to practice soccer drills, and it's been a great addition! The agility ladder has been especially useful—he’s already improved his speed and coordination, and it offers a variety of drills to keep things interesting. Even though I’m not the most coordinated person myself, I’ve been using it too, and while I’m not exactly a pro yet, I can see this helping me over time.The hurdles are a bit on the lighter side, which some might see as a downside, but honestly, they work just fine. I actually appreciate that they’re made of lightweight plastic because our son can easily set them up and put them away on his own. As for the parachute, we all had a good laugh trying to get it going—it’s tough but definitely adds a fun challenge to the workout.While the overall build quality isn’t the most premium, for the price, you really can’t beat it. Everything does what it’s supposed to, and it’s great for at-home training. This set has been a great buy for our family, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly option to enhance their fitness or sports training routine.

I am NOT a graceful or dextrous person. This was a tough choice to make to bring into my home. I hae tried to improve my brain/body connection, but it is still a work in progress. The ladder has many options for mobility. If you are wondering, I am good at exactly zero of them. I have high hopes that with continued practdice, I may become average.

We ordered this to help our son have some other tools to practice soccer, speed, footwork, etc. at home. We really like the ladder - he has already improved greatly since the first time he tried it. As mentioned in other reviews, the hurdles are a little cheap. However, they serve their purpose in my opinion and I am glad they are lighter plastic, because that allows our little boy to set them up himself and store them easily. The parachute is very difficult for us to get up haha we have all tried it and it's tough, but I suppose that it part of it's purpose. I do think some of the items could have been made a little better, but again, I believe they all serve their purpose. I am glad we ordered this set and we will definitely get some good use out of it! I would recommend.
