The size is perfect for tiny places with no too much room to fit in.

I ordered this for a daughter just moving into a small studio apartment and she really loves it. It looks as pictured and was not difficult to put together. It is nicely finished and looks attractive. It is compact and doesn't take up a lot of room, but gives off a stylish, sleek vibe with its deep coloring, clean lines and versatility. This is perfect to use as a dining table and the end of the table offers extra style and storage by holding wine bottles and glasses. My daughter has reported this table works well to sit at and do work (especially if she pulls up a desk chair instead of the benches (which are really nicely made and well padded) When she has had guests over, she has used these chairs as extra seating, and the table is large enough to lay out snacks. She is very happy with this attractive, versatile set and plans to keep it to use as a "breakfast bar/coffee station" when she moves to a larger space. For now this has multiple uses and fits perfectly in her small space.
