Great Educational Toy!
Excellent, FUN, educational toy. A great way to encourage critical thinking and problem solving skills for young children. This actually proved to be fun for the whole family, as we watched the children work on the different projects. Quality item!

Cool nightlight - 5yo nephew loves it!
This is pretty cool, and an easy build for young kids. My 5yo nephew loves it. Note that this is USB powered, so you'll need a power bank or wall adapter plug. Lost a star due to the following: 1) The nightlight domes are thin, flexible plastic - not sure they will stand up to repeated changing... 2) the baseplate that comes with this set is a thin, flimsy flexible plastic as well. For a one-time build it was passable, but it flexed when my nephew tried to snap the pieces on, so we had to pick it up and squeeze between our fingers to secure the pieces. A rigid base like the one in our 15yo multi-purpose set would have been much better.

5 year old loved it!
I have 2 grandsons ages 8 and 5. I have gifted the 8-year-old several Snap Circuits sets. He plays with them for hours! My younger grandson feels very left out. They are just too advanced for him. This set was a great solution to the problem! He had a lot of fun having his own "experiment"!

Great stem gift! My 8 year old loves his snap circuits. Great value for the price, fun and engaging. Super easy to connect and disconnect And best of all, educational! It's durable as well!

Worked for 1 month
It stopped working after about 1 month. I reached out to the seller about a replacement and have not heard back. My son is very upset and I am very disappointed. For such a well known company and for how expensive they are, you would think they would last longer and you would think they would write back about a bad product!
