Oh how my son loves to play basketball. And of course, in the past, he’d always start dribbling away right as i put the baby to sleep. With this ball, he can dribble to his hearts content with minimal noise. It seems to be pretty sturdy and of good quality. It’s super lightweight and soft. The size is a bit bigger than I thought, though. Overall good purchase given the price point.

Really quite! Excellent to play inside

I recently purchased this silent basketball so my kids could practice indoors with the Dribble Up app. While the app requires a yellow ball, this one isn’t fully yellow, but it still works well for their training. The biggest advantage is that it allows them to practice without disturbing the neighbors. That said, the ball is quite pricey, and its surface isn’t completely smooth—some grooves stick out. However, this doesn’t seem to affect the bounce, and my kids absolutely love it. Overall, it’s a great product, and I only wish I had something like this when I was younger!

My son loves this for practicing indoors. Has a good bounce. Material is study and I like that there is a cover so the ball doesn’t disintegrate and get everywhere (unlike some other balls we researched). Good value for the money.

Great bounce, feels like a real basketball but since I bought the one that’s harder to grip it makes it harder to control 10/10. Good for practicing dribbles.

Nothing to really say about it. It's foam with a fabric covering. It's silent because of the foam part of course. The grip is not so well. It's literally a covering on the ball. Not too impressed with it. And you do hear it, it's just not that loud bouncing from rubber that's heard!

For any parent that hates the sound of balls dripping around your house- get this! It has a mesh to protect from falling apart unlike previous silent basketball purchases

I've bought so many "Silent balls" from different brands and they've all been disappointing. The first one was the "Original" and was promising but after a week it just stopped bouncing like it did when we first bought it. Then we bought one on Amazon which was orange and that started leaving orange debris everywhere in our house, what a mess! We quickly got rid of it. Then I bought this basketball and at first I was impressed because the bounce was really solid and better than the previous 2. It did have a weird seam so it wasn't 100% smooth but that was ok because it worked well. Sadly within 3 months it lost it's bounce. I was a bit bummed because this one was the best so far. So I ordered another one in hopes that maybe it would last longer but nope, the same thing happened except this one didn't last as long and also felt like it was falling apart from the inside. Of course curiosity got the best of me so I cut the fabric and saw that the ball was literally crumbling to pieces. This is now the 3rd "silent ball" that I've bought my son that ends up being disappointing. I've now ordered a different brand and hopefully that one is better, sadly can't recommend this ball which is a shame because I really liked it but seems to have a very limited shelf life.

I have had the ball for about 6 weeks (past the return period), and part of stiching near the sleeve has already ripped. On top of that it was never aligned with the grove underneath from the start. I would not recommend this product
