Terrible product. Isn’t silent and doesn’t bounce.
The foam basketball does not bounce. To get the ball to bounce at even 70% height you have to use a substantial amount of force with each dribble. It is not like playing with a regular basketball at that point, it is legitimately like throwing a ball full force at the ground every time for it to even make it back to your palm.And when you are using that much force on the ball just to make it bounce poorly, physics dictates that unless there’s been a breakthrough in new materials with magical sound properties, there is going to cause an equally forceful sound. Basically when it bounces as high as a basketball, it was making close to or as much noise as a regular basketball.If you are looking for a replacement for a basketball that dribbles softly, this is not the product for you.If you want a rough foam ball that has no coating and a paint job to look like a basketball, this is the product for you.

This ball turned out to be better than I expected.
It’s surprisingly good has a nice, solid weight similar to a regular ball and delivers a great bounce.

How much is your sanity worth?
My kids dig these basketballs. It’s worth getting one for each child to avoid tears, meltdowns, and the beginnings of an all out war.They are silent and allow my boys to practice dribbling indoors during the cruel and unruly Arizona summer.
