I love the portability of this! It fits easily in a laptop bag so I can take it with me to work, to the park, or traveling. Gives me a chance to workout wherever I want to and whenever I have a few extra minutes.

Honestly this looks and feels like a cheap set. BUT I gotta admit it still gets the job done. I actually really like that everything you see folds together and fits in a satchel bag that also comes with it that is no bigger than your average Chromebook. Crazy stuff. Super portable. I actually take mine with me to work since I work a fairly solitary position in tech. First of all, I appreciate the great idea to pack lots of versatile exercise equipment into a small kit for home use. The bands cover a range of resistance, but to my taste, some of them are too soft and you have to combine several of them to get a decent tension. There are so many variations of exercises you can do with this product. The handles seem somewhat uncomfortable, but maybe it's just me (I have small hands). I like the push-up board and handles for modifying push-ups to work different muscles, but the instructions how to do it are not very clear. Eventually, I found some useful hints on YouTube.Also, the handles are difficult to pull out once inserted and I'm not sure the plastic is strong enough.

Very versatile and easy to store away. It’s easy to assemble and you can immediately get to your workout. It’s very lightweight so don’t expect it to be too heavy. Using it on hard floors may be a challenge or maybe I wasn’t heavy enough. It kept sliding around but that’s the only down side.

I’m not a big gym person, so I love that this includes a variety of equipment I can use at home. The bands have a great stretch to them of varying degree of resistance. I did some some minor difficulty figuring out the ankle straps and how to keep them attached to the band when clipped onto something else; but trust me, that was a user error (just remember to loop the end through the metal part before fastening the Velcro lol). Since I don’t really have anything to clip the band to, I ended up just putting it through the hinge of a door and closing it. Works great so far! There are so many variations of exercises you can do with this product, and you don’t have to worry about being judged or watched by anyone (or maybe that’s just me). Even my 10 year old son loves the push up board and the different ways he can arrange the handles to work different muscles. Definitely recommend!

This is honestly a cheesy set. The mat is cheaply made and kind of slick so not easy to use when working out and sweating. This just felt like an “as seen on tv” or gimmicky product and I wouldn’t actually buy even as a gift for someone actually into working out.

Good concept cheaply made the board is slippery I like the resistance and the fact it’s compact but the board could be better made I’d rather carry a little extra weight when transporting it then to have this quality it’s easy to use but very cheaply made
