One capsule with multiple ingredients !

Taking this berberine for a few weeks now I can say that I think it is working. I have not changed my diet at all and I am not exercising more, but I have lost 3 pounds. I overall feel better. I have high blood pressure and take meds for it but sometimes still feel like it goes high at some point everyday...as soon as I started this berberine I noticed that that is not happening at all. I think it is helping so much with my gut heath as well. This is a low doese most people from what I've read take 100mg-1500mg daily. This is great because at 300 mg each you can decide just whats right for you. Also I read that milk thistle increases the bio availability of berberine. I am so very happy with this. currently I am taking 600 mg 30 minutes before meals. I usually don't eat until noon time so I take this before lunch and before dinner about 6 hours apart. I feel like it also helps curb my appetite substantially. It does not upset my stomach at all.

We keep coming back to this brand of berberine as it seems to work well and is affordable. I like that it is just one medium size capsule and includes the Ceylon cinnamon along with turmeric, milk thistle and artichoke leaf. The amount of HCI berberine is on the minimal side but is effective. This brand is also third party lab tested, which I look for in most of my supplements and it is in a vegetable capsule.

I have been using berberine for my blood sugar so I ordered this one from the BMVINVOL Store to try. So far, I have not had any GI issues. I know that can sometimes happen with berberine. I liked the extra ingredients, especially the Ceylon cinnamon to enhance the effectiveness of the berberine. So far, it seems like I have not been as hungry and have not craved sugars as much. I will continue to use this for the full 3 months and see how it continues.

This is a great product. It contains Berberine HCl, Ceylon Cinnamon, Milk Thistle, Turmeric, Artichoke. All in one capsule. I love that only one capsule is needed. This bottle is a great value and will last 3 months. It is NON-GMO, gluten free, and 3rd party tested. It is easy to swallow and doesn't upset your stomach. I would recommend and purchase again.

I think it is very important to research supplements before taking them to protect your health and safety. BMVINVOL passes my test. They are located in Chicago, IL. That does not mean this supplement is manufactured in Chicago, IL though. This supplement is manufactured in a GMP certified facility and is 3rd party lab tested for purity and potency. Many times I see these claims on supplements but they have no way to contact the manufacturer to obtain the report. Not BMVINVOL. They have a website with contact info in case you have any questions. I really appreciate that because without a way to contact them I can't take any safety claims seriously. This supplement is non-GMO, vegan, and gluten-free.In addition to berberine this supplement also contains Ceylon cinnamon, milk thistle, turmeric, and artichoke. The addition of these ingredients may possibly increase its effectiveness. This is my third berberine supplement from BMVINVOL. I have been happy with all of them and have not experienced any stomach distress with this brand.

I've been taking this for a few days. It's a little different than some of the other Berberine supplements I've taken in that you're only supposed to take it once a day instead of before each meal--which I find a little suspect. It seems to still be having the same effects as the other Berberine supplements, so I think that's good. It also has Tumeric, so that's an added health benefit.

Vitamins/supplements are always hard to review but these seem to have a good ingredient list and go down easy.
