I was skeptical that this was cheap Chinese junk from an unknown company. Maybe it is, but after first use I can say that this mighty little tiller gets the job done. I just went through three 4' x 12' raised beds in 15 minutes. Don't bother with anything but gas if you want to turn a lawn into a garden, but for existing beds you want to prepare for planting and till in amendments like composted manure, this machine is perfect. I'd have saved money on a corded unit but my beds are too far from an outlet (and I'd worry about the cord anyway). Some bullet points: • TWO batteries and 40V means plenty of power and (probably) run time. • The product description says "lightweight" but only compared to gas units or thousand-dollar electrics, and you don't want it to be. You want a tiller's weight to do the work for you! Happy to report it's heavy enough to dig in well, but still light enough to easily roll to your work area, lift into/out of a raised bed, or into a truck. • Wheels are big enough to roll over a lawn (even a lightly rutted one like mine) and not to sink into the tilled soil. • Wheels are on an adjustable arm so you can lower them down for easier moving. • The double-handle is a KILLER feature in this price range! Just lift them up and let the weight dig the 4 tilling blades in, and slowly pull backwards. No awkward sideways stance with poor control; you're not shopping for a weed whacker. • The safety thumb button works great, but the real win is that you DON'T need to keep holding it down while you till; just keep the trigger squeezed, which you do automatically by holding the handles. No tired thumb. • Comes with two chargers, so you can charge both batteries simultaneously. • The tilling blades have nice cutting angles at the ends, so they till an area instead of just digging narrow grooves like some others do. The blade design and spacing is important. • The blade assembly is wide enough to make quick work of larger areas (see photo). • Description says it digs 8+" deep, but like with many tillers, that's irrelevant. You're not just lowering the blades until the axle touches solid ground. You're tilling an area that keeps getting softer, that this beast keeps going. • KEY FEATURE: There's a motor cutoff switch if a blade catches on something (like the edge of one of my beds, lol). Just disengage the stuck blade and keep going. • Simple to assemble: put on the wheels, and use 4 handle bolts to put on the handle. • Batteries even came fully charged. Used it right out of the box! • The instructions are...basic. Deal with it, lol. That's all I can think of right now. SO pleasantly surprised. Only wild card is how ling this thing lasts, but elections are simple machines so I'm hopeful. If you want a relatively affordable, capable cordless tiller to refresh small-to-medium areas, set aside your brand reservations and stop looking. You found it.

Very Good battery powered garden tiller. Very good price, easy to assemble. Better suited for raised beds. I bought it to till raised beds and it does a good job. If you're going to start a garden from the start you should buy a gas powered tiller. I definitely would buy this again. My 4 raised beds are 6X8.

I love this! The batteries hold their power a long time. Perfect for a woman - I’m 5”3 to manage easily. Accepts turns well. Can fold up Handel, and can role with wheels, of lift to carry. I have a large gas driven tiller that is a pain to get started, always hated to pull cord 5 times to get engaged. I have found a great match with this machine. I am a big gardener, plow with it, helps with amending soil. Used about 50 times since purchased. Can easily store in shed without taking up a lot of space.

Pretty nifty little tiller. I've only used it twice because the ground is still too wet. However, it's worked very well. The tines do not seem to bog down with grass like my other tiller did. It's a little beast digging into the sod. I've just started a new garden so the soil is tight and will take some major tilling. So far...so good. I didn't expect this tiller to do the job of big one or a tractor and plow. I have no complaints. The video showed the type of soil it will work well in. I will be working diligently to get that garden going. It's pretty easy to use (I am 75 yr old, female and weigh 85 lb.)

Lightweight but strong! Easy to assemble, took me 30 min from opening the box, removing everything, reading the directions, and putting it together. Batteries were fully charged, but I put them on the charger until I was ready to work. It was amazing. Today I was just breaking up the top soil and mixing in some fertilizer. About 4” deep. Set it at the highest wheel setting and fired her up. No pulling a cord thank you. No pump and prime thank you. Pushed the thumb safety button and squeezed the trigger and I was off. I was so shocked at its strength I had to stop and stare at it a minute. I really wasn’t expecting that. The noise level was loud enough I had to stop to hear my husband talk, but whisper quiet compared to his gas tiller on a stick. I was able to push it around the house to the garden easier than my push mower and moving it around in my garden while tilling was so easy. The price was so worth it. I was dreading paying $500+ for a new tiller. I paid under $150 for the MZK and am so happy! I’ll try and remember to post more pics and reviews as gardening time gets here and here is today’s work all done . Thanks MZK and Amazon for my amazing tiller! For reference, I’m a 52 year old 128 lb 5’4” woman, and this tiller was perfect for me.
