The best straighteners I have used, & tried many. I find the titanium plates far superior to ceramic ones. For my fine but heavy hair I get a sleeker look, longer lasting & separates the layers better, looks more like a hairdresser day than any others used. Hair is less damaged too. Wand is lightweight & good quality. Especially the cord which is long, it doesn't snag, & it sits straight when finished. It gets hot quickly so be careful around ears etc. Not tried the curler side yet due to time & practice but the product is brilliant value. Extremely happy - wish had found this before.

Really good, they heat up very fast and straighten your hair better than Ghds but they can give you a nasty burn, there’s no side protection on them so you need to be very careful that you don’t burn your head/ears/neck!

My wife thinks these are just as good as GHD type , long salon cable , easy to control temperature, and well made ceramic plates leaves hair shinning and straight ,she don't curl with them but she says it will do it , back of plates do get hot as well , but there are rubber tips supplied with it , so you don't burn your fingers 👍

I bought this as a spare/replacement for my current which is the same model. I didn't need to use it until I went on a staycation. Unfortunately, it's been making a strange buzzing sound when switched on and the glide isn't as good as my old straighteners (which is weird as they're meant to be the same). I'm quite annoyed as the return window for me is now closed.

Absolutely love these, they don’t snag on my hair. They have heat protection rubber clip ins for the end to hold. They heat up within seconds and cool down quickly. Great product!

Total enttäuscht dass Amazon mir vorenthalten hat dass der Stecker nicht in Deutschland passt. Aufgrund der Marke habe ich noch nie erlebt, dass wir Ware erhalten haben mit so einem Netzteil. Keinerlei Hinweis in der Beschreibung.

Excellent result and easy to use

I am very disappointed with my recent purchase. This was an urgent order, and I received a product that was clearly used. The package should have included a transparent protective cover to indicate that it was unopened. That cover was missing. Additionally, the hair straightener shows visible damage, and there was a sticker on the top that did not fully come off when removed, leaving residue behind. This strongly suggests that the item was previously used and repackaged. I expected a new, unused product, and this situation is unacceptable.

Lovely straighteners - heat up quickly and very smooth. Does the job well, outer casing does get hot, so care is needed. Dropped a couple of stars for this reason, also one of the cool tips missing and I felt the heat mat to be of poor quality.
