Great PC, Great Value!
This PC is great! It is fast and a pleasure to use. I often have multiple pages open, each with many tabs to use for teaching different subjects and grade levels. The PC manages this easily as well as handling multiple music tracks and learning games. The seller is very responsive and has great communication. The hard drive arrived separately as noted in the materials that came with the PC. Very happy with this purchase.

Decent quality and easy to use
I bought this laptop for my wife to use. She likes the 2020 HP Envy laptop I use and this new one is very similar to it. This version doesn't include a DVD drive or memory card access but it's not necessary since the solid-state drive is huge. The included AMD Ryzen 5 processor is just as fast as the Intel Core i7 in my Hp laptop. I didn't see it in the item description but this laptop has a matte screen. I prefer the glossy screen but for the price I believe this new HP is definitely worth the price.

No Drive

Does not have backlit keyboard also missing storage
I am sending this laptop back because it does not have a backlit keyboard and in the reviews when I researched it there were several comments that it was. I am sure this is a good laptop and the seller has been nice enough to accept the return.Update: 9/6/24 I decided to keep this laptop but did not receive the portable storage which was a $60.00 item. I have contacted Amazon and they said they could not do anything because it is third party. So don't count on getting the HP storage.

Good Laptop.
fingerprint feature is questionable. I can't get it to work. Overall, a nice unit for its price range. No restart issues and it boots quickly. I like the backlit keyboard which was a decision maker for me in making my purchase.

It’s a laptop, it works.
I’m happy with my purchase! Unlike my previous laptops, this one stays cool with minimal fan noise. The battery life is excellent, and it handles all the usual laptop tasks effortlessly. Plus, the large screen is a definite bonus.
