Heard good things. Read the reviews. Took a stab and tried the tv. In less then 24 hours the screen went out. Left with nothing but dark, muted clouds of color and leaving everything unrecognizable. Even the bright blue Hisense startup logo was gone. Tv looked nice for the 24 hours I used it but a screen going out in less then a day? Come on Hisense...do better

Great TV with excellent picture quality and fairly easy to setup. The price literally went down $500 on Amazon 2 days after I received delivery. Of course, Amazon does NOT price match, even their own prices. You can return the unit and buy the lower priced TV but you have to have the original packaging and place the item outside your home, hard to do when all that packaging was removed during delivery (and I'm 77 with a heart condition, so moving it would be difficult to say the least). My wholehearted recommendation is to buy from a company that price matches, especially for large items and appliances. Smaller items are easier to return to get the lower price, which I have done. I don't understand this business model, but it's theirs. I will NEVER buy a major appliance from Amazon again.UPDATE: Now $700 less. I got royally F'd.

The media could not be loaded. The picture is vivid and bright, and the sound is excellent. I’ve been using it for over a month and everything works perfectly. It offers free access to news, TV, YouTube, and many film, TV, and music apps. The remote is very responsive. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this Hisense TV. 👍

Not sure what the other reviewer was talking about after 18 months since Hisense offers a 2 year warranty on their TVs. I had an issue with mine and they sent me out a free replacement and it was even the newer model of it.

I WOULD RATE A ZERO IF POSSIBLE!!! DO NOT BUY A HISENSE TELEVISION!!! I am an actual buyer, and my TV did die at 18 months... just after their 1 year warranty. It was having problems before that they knew about, but didn't care about. It will cost over $1000 to fix so now I have to buy a second TV after only 18 months!!! Don't go cheap, new TVs go bad too quick and Hisense lifespans 'can vary' to use their supervisor's own words. Mine varied alright... I went to Best Buy and the rep said to stay within their big 3.. Samsung, Sony and LG. I wish I would have learned that before.. PLEASE DON'T BUY A HISENSE!! And good luck...

Hisense as a brand is the best bang for the buck!Had my 85” U9N installed this last week. It is an amazing TV. Extremely bright! I had to really dial it down once I had it up and running and it is spectacular. There are a lot of settings available and with some time and patience, it will amaze you. Some reviews are saying the U8N is a better value, which price wise I would agree, but I am banking on the better processing power of the UX engine to keep beast firing on all cylinders for a long time. Hisense is very good at doing firmware updates and that has made my prior Hisense even better over time.Update:Still running like a champ. No technical issues at all.

This TV rocks! I have a family room with lots of sunlight, so I needed a TV with a bright picture. I previously owed an OLED and it was too dim. The picture quality on the Hisense is impeccable! Not only is the U9N super bright, but it has very inky black levels as well with no halo effect. I use this TV for watching sports and movies. The colors really pop, and movies look amazing due to the HDR and Dolby vision support. With a two-year warranty and competitive price point, this TV can't be beat!
