Good for a year
Worked great for a while. Then the suction inward stopped. Was unable to use it after a year.. sucked air not liquid.

Use this to inject stuff into your meat
OK, I bought this thinking it was a weird sex toy but turns out it's even better (I know!!!) Luckily I worked this out before I had to make an embarassing trip to a&e.It turns out you use this device to inject liquids straight into the meat thus imparting better flavour than leaving it sit in a tray of ketchup or pickled onions for a few hours.Bit dubious but I tried this with some melted butter and a bit of garlic/salt/pepper combo just to have a go and by jove it worked pretty well. Definitely got the flavour in there in less time than marinating in something similar.The only downside to the one I bought is that it is really stiff to use, REALLY STIFF. I needed two hands to depress the plunger. I'm hoping a few more goes will loosen her up a bit.It's a sturdy device and looks a lot tougher than the cheaper plastic ones but you do need a firm hand with it.

I don't like the plastic parts except for the window.
I like that the body is mostly made of steel, and that there's a little window to see the liquid level. The needles (with the exception of the plastic screw ends), seem good as well. However, i do not like the plunger. It feels rather flimsy and seems like it would break while pulling it out. I also do not like the plastic end of the body where the needle is screwed on. It looks like it could break or chip off if you happen to screw the needle on tightly. It would have been a much better buy if the plunger and the plastic parts mentioned (except the window which is okay) were also made of steel.

Per farcire qualsiasi cosa
La siringa è molto funzionale e ben fatta, arriva con due tipi di punte utilissime per farcire dolci, croissant. Io l'ho utilizzata per farcire un panettone con crema di pistacchio e cioccolato ed ha funzionato egregiamente, anche l'erogazione della crema è estremamente agevole.

oggetto ben costruito in acciaio, ottima idea regalo per chi si diletta in cucina, può andare in lavastoviglie.
