It works and the most important of all, it tastes way better than others.
I've been using this Propolis supplement since 2019, and I've noticed a significant improvement in my overall health. This natural supplement has been a game-changer for my immune system. Besides, the taste is way better than other brands.

tastes good
The product has pleasant sweet taste, I am big fan of bee propolis, I think it offers a lot of great benefits. This feels like quality product. I knocked down a star because the dropper doesn't mark where 1 ml is so it's a guessing game on how much you take each time. I wish it had labels, otherwise its nice

Check with your doctor first if you are allergic to bees or take blood thinners
I am always interested in learning about supplements I’m unfamiliar with and propolis is one of these. It is touted as being effective for just about anything from your immune system to your skin. As is true for many supplements, there is much support for these claims but also many who note that the claims are not proven. But I trust the bees and want to see if propolis is beneficial to me.Lovita Propolis is produced in Canada and is likely sourced in Canada. Bee-related products are considered more beneficial the nearer the source is to your own environment. The extract itself is dark brown, with an earthy taste that is slightly bitter but not unpleasant. If that doesn’t appeal to you, it can be added to a drink. One suggestion I liked was to add it to a little honey. The main benefit of Lovita’s propolis is that it is 18% bioflavonoids which are the compounds that actually deliver the benefits. I checked some other brands and note that they don’t all mention the % of flavonoids so this is a plus for Lovita. It is also strong - - a 5:1 concentration - - which is also information you don’t always get.The suggested dosage is 1 ml but Lovita’s dropper is not marked. I photographed it next to a marked dropper from another supplement so you can see that 1 ml is approximately 3/4 of the dropper. My guess is that the measurement doesn’t need to be precise. I read that you can even rub it on your skin though it is recommended that you test it on your arm first and wait 48 hr to see if there’s an allergic reaction. It is also recommended that you check with your doctor first if you are allergic to bees or take blood thinners because propolis might slow blood clotting.Lovita is an international company that produces a wide range of vitamins and supplements. The label includes the stamps of approval that assure us we are getting a quality product and there is nothing evident to make me doubt that. If you’re interested in taking propolis, this seems to be a quality version at a reasonable price.

Yum!
I like this Bee Propolis Extract, it has the most lovely flavor that is a mix of sweetness and herbs. The only ingredient other than the glycerin and water is bee propolis, so I can only imagine it's all the herbal goodness the bees were collecting from flowers! I love that it's in glycerine which is preferred over alcohol so it can be taken on its own under the tongue rather than needing to be diluted in water. This is a really nice supplement that's made in Canada!

Seems decent
Ingredients seem decent. Propolis has a lot of health benefits - it's great for your immune system it's great for your skin, and it's anti inflammatory. Doesn't taste bad or anything, very similar to other propolis extracts I've had. Easy to take a dropper full. It's odd the dropper is plastic, usually these type of containers it's glass. But maybe that's a good thing in case you drop the lid/dropper it doesn't break.I wish there was more transparency from the company. This says it's made in canada but that doesn't actually tell you if it's sourced locally in Canada or what. Maybe the just put the labels on the containers in Canada. There's not info regarding sourcing, ethics, environment, etc on the companies website, no info on third party testing.. I feel like this is important for supplements and I always look at this stuff, not sure I would purchase again due to this. It doesn't instill a lot of trust.

Pleasant taste, no unusual reactions
I read that bee products may help enhance fertility, so I’m trying this propolis tincture. I would imagine that bioflavonoids improve just about everything in the body.I enjoy taking this product, I just take it out of the bottle, not in a drink. I didn’t have any adverse reactions.I like the company’s website, it looks like a good brand.
