Best value & deal if you need a replacement Synth/E-Piano Keyboard Sustain Pedal.
I needed a replacement for my 10 year old Roland Synth pedal and found and bought this one. I'll admit I picked the lowest priced one here that appeared most like my original. What I got was this near exactly the same as my no longer available original, well built and works as it should. Hard to believe but it cost 1/3 of what old used ones were selling for at other sites.

Perfect Pedal for My Yamaha Electric Piano!
I absolutely love this sustain pedal for my Yamaha electric piano! The build quality is excellent—it feels sturdy and well-made, not flimsy like some other pedals I’ve tried. It has just the right amount of resistance, making it comfortable to use for extended playing sessions. The sound quality is fantastic! It provides a natural, sustained tone that mimics an acoustic piano beautifully. Whether I’m playing soft, delicate pieces or more dynamic compositions, the pedal responds smoothly without any lag or inconsistency. Another great feature is its non-slip base, which keeps it securely in place on hardwood floors. I don’t have to worry about it sliding around while I play. Plus, it’s compatible with multiple Yamaha models, making it a great choice for anyone with an electric keyboard. Overall, this is a must-have accessory for any pianist looking for a high-quality sustain pedal. Highly recommend! 🎵

Works well
Works well for my son’s keyboard. Haven’t had any problems with it but he doesn’t use a lot but is hard on it.

I definitely recommend it!
I’m really happy with this piano pedal! It feels sturdy and well-built, and it holds my keyboard securely without any wobbling. The height is comfortable, and it was very easy to assemble. It also doesn’t take up too much space, which I love. Great quality for the price

You get what you pay for. It does the job, but it's flimsier than the M-Audio SP-2
I bought this recently for a secondary keyboard. My main workstation has an M-Audio SP-2 which I've no owned for 13 years with no issues, but I wanted to save a little cash on a 2nd pedal that will, in all likelihood, not see as much action. The M-Audio SP-2 cost $25.00. This generic pedal cost $8.49. You get what you pay for. This generic pedal is MUCH lighter in construction than the M-Audio. This generic pedal clocks in around 315g while the M-Audio weighs 685g. While sometimes lightweight gear is nice because it's easier to carry, it's slightly concerning when it's something that needs to reside on the floor and will be operated by a foot. This generic pedal is made from lighter flimsier plastic and fewer metal parts than the M-audio counterpart. That said, the pedal works as expected and the polarity switch is handy since different keyboards have different requirements. Amazon seems to want me to comment on installation, but it's as plug-and-play as you'd expect. Super easy. Pedal slip for damper pedals is always an issue. Anyone who has worked with one knows that they tend to slide away from you over time and then you need to do an awkward "lean back and reach forward with your leg to try to grab it with your foot and yank it back". The lighter construction here is not going to work in this pedal's favor. The M-Audio SP-2 pedal I have still slips away on me despite being heavier. I'm using this generic pedal on a carpet which may help while the M-Audio is primarily used on a wood floor. Still, this is something very much to consider if you're getting a pedal for regular use. I saw some reviews commenting about how the pedal was feels too difficult to press down with a bare foot. This pedal has approximately the same amount of resistance you'd expect from any damper pedal either electronic or acoustic. It may be a touch tighter than some, but as is the case with springs, it will likely break in a touch with use. That said, even if it doesn't loosen up over time, this is certainly not a factor I'd take into consideration and the person who said you'd "have to wear shoes" just to operate it is ridiculous. I can't comment on it's longevity since it's brand new. I wouldn't expect this to last nearly as long as other higher quality pedals would, but then again, it cost under $10. If you're looking to buy one damper pedal that you can have forever, I'd probably invest a little bit more and get something better. If you just need something "good enough", are tight on cash, and are okay with the prospect of potentially replacing it in the future, this pedal may be the "good enough" you're looking for.
