Love these! We bought both sizes at the same time! They’re awesome, no stick, easy to clean and come with a lid as well. We have a gas stove and have had no issues. We do follow the directions, heat gradually and let cool completely before cleaning.

I have been using these pans for some time now and I have found that they do better when not washed in the dishwasher. The dishwasher isn't even necessary as they clean easily with just a sponge and some Dawn. No scrubbing per se and no scotchbrite. I bought more pans for my family and they have all had good results. This pan, I just bought because, well because I could use it.

I use this daily, pretty much. The finish is stained brown, it has scratches and no one knows how they got there as they all swear they only use my wooden spatula. The lid is very hard to clean-- it gets a buildup under the edge where the glass meets the metal band, I have to get in there with a brush because no one else bothers and just rinses it. It also gets a gunk under the handle so I have to unscrew it to get it clean. It has not lost any flakes of finish like the crepe pan did, though. It does seem to cook evenly. It's a little heavy for my wrists, and I often wish it had a tab like the bigger pans often do, to use a second grip on it. It was only truly nonstick a few months, then things started sticking and it started staining. I blamed others cooking too hot. The instructions say not to go above a medium heat.
