Great product!
I purchased this three weeks ago and it works great! Customer service has been very helpful with getting me the software for tire monitoring of a three wheeler. Works very intuitively.

Very good but needs some fine tuning.
Power button does not work right out of the box. Not a problem since its turned on by the ignition, but you'd still expect it to work. Sena 50S headset MUST be turned on BEFORE starting up the unit or it will not play music. All other audio functions just fine. Mounting bracket does not allow centering for my 2022 Triumph Rocket 3R. Esthetically pleasing form factor. Easy to operate and video quality is acceptable. Bright, direct sunlight and photochromatic visors can create difficultly in visibility.

Problems (Revised)
- So I'm updating my review the team got in touch and it's helping me get thing taken care of in fact they said they are taking some suggestions into advisement and may release a future update to fix them.I've had nothing but problems with this thing. First there will be times that it wouldn't power down when I turn the key then sometimes wouldn't power up. Other things would be that I didn't get a remote that was the same as in the instructions. I was supposed to get one that would record a video or take a picture instead got one that just take pictures and switches screens. The installation part of the remote came with different parts then what the instruction book had. Now on top of everything the touchscreen is now not working at all. I feel as if I bought the cheapest product on the market. Also when riding with the cameras it only saves your video in segments so when taking a long ride you will get home and have 50 videos of 2 min intervals to comb through.

Worked as expected, for 2 weeks.
I loved this for the entire time it worked - it connected great, was easy to install, and I had no issues using my headphones and GPS. Then it just… stopped connecting to anything.
