A turquoise tutu top with 3 x layers of blue and white tulle with silver snowflakes heat pressed onto the quality tulle. The snowflakes are made from special vinyl pressed onto the quality soft tulle. The stretch crochet top has a large silver snowflake which has been heat pressed onto the top. Crochet top is lined with 100% stretch cotton fabric. Removable tulle straps tied into a bow at the back. Tulle is hand tied onto a crochet top which stretches to provide a comfortable fit.
